Ages

 Bethel Kids - First through Fifth Grades

Pre-K & K - potty trained 3 year olds through Kindergarten
*Children move up to Bethel Kids by recommendation of the Nursery Leads

Nursery - 3 months through 3 years old
*Children move up to Bethel Kids at age 4

Get setup for Check-Ins on our app

Download the Church Center App

Download our app on your phone and select our church based off of your location.

Check-In your family prior to service

 Register and check in your children on the app and recieve a QR code.

Scan you phone at the door

Scan that QR code at the check in station at our church to check in your children and recieve a print out to check them out later.

Check - ins

  • We check-in and check-out each child before and after a service.
  • Simple process through Planning Center Check-ins
  • Takes about 5 minutes if you're a first time parent.

Safety

  • All of our leaders go through an extensive background check.
  • Cleanliness is a top priority. 

Allergens

  • In the event that your child has specific allergens, we do our best to provide alternative solutions. 

Security

  • Doors remain locked during the service.
  • We have a security team  in place that has plans and procedures for an emergency.
  • We have a check-out process to make sure each child goes to the correct parent or guardian.
