How long have you been working with kids?
I have been working with kids for 21 years.
Why do you love working with kids?
I love working with kids because they are like little sponges, ready to soak up all they encounter and you never know what they’re gonna say next!
Do you have any interesting facts or words of wisdom to share with the parents and kids?
Parents: The first five years of a child’s life are the most formative in shaping who they will become.
Lead them with gentleness and kindness.
Kids: Adults are still learning too and you can help teach them.
Where do you work? What are your hobbies?
I volunteer part time at the New Life Thrift Shop because I LOVE thrifting. I am also an avid reader, an amateur herbalist, a new beekeeper and most importantly, a lifelong learner.
